Why I’m Stepping Back From Blogging (For Now)

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you a quick update about the blog. Over the past few months, my IT support work has really picked up, which is fantastic news, but it also means most of my time and energy is going into helping customers with repairs and troubleshooting. Because of that, I won’t be posting here on a regular schedule for a while.

The blog isn’t going anywhere, though. I’ve decided to keep it free for everyone, with a pay-what-you-want option for anyone who’s found the guides helpful. If you do choose to chip in, you’ll be supporting the running costs of the site, and giving me a bit of breathing room to dedicate more time to writing detailed guides when I can. But to be clear: I don’t expect ongoing donations since new posts won’t be coming out regularly.

That said, if there’s a specific tech topic you’d really like me to cover, please send me an email at tony@tonystechsupport.com.au. I’m more than happy to put together a special blog post on request.

A big thank you to those of you who’ve already supported the blog or taken the time to send feedback, it really means a lot. When things calm down and I have more time on my hands, I’d love to get back to posting regular articles again.
