Why Is This Changing?

In line with upcoming Australian retail payment regulatory updates prohibiting separate card surcharges, we are moving to a simplified, all-inclusive pricing model. Rather than adding card fees at checkout, card processing costs are now fully absorbed into our single base rate.

What This Means for You

• If you pay by Card: Your final checkout amount remains virtually identical to what you pay today, as you will no longer be charged a separate card processing fee at checkout.
• If you pay by Direct Deposit or Cash: Your rate will reflect the single standard fee of $99/hr across all services.

This change allows us to offer completely transparent pricing with zero surprise fees at checkout, regardless of how you choose to pay.
