If Office later becomes unlicensed (something that can occasionally happen with Windows 11 due to Microsoft’s licensing systems), I provide free support to try and fix the problem.
If it cannot be resolved, I refund 50% of the software price. A full refund is not possible as the cause lies with Microsoft’s systems and is outside my control.

The unlicensing issue is specific to some Office installations on Windows 11 and can occur weeks after installation.
It does not affect all systems and does not impact the Windows operating system itself, you won’t “lose” Windows, though Office may require reactivation if the issue occurs.

Some personalisation features will be restricted until it is reactivated.

You do not need to sign out of one to use the other, they can run side-by-side.

The only difference is how they are sourced and priced: I supply genuine one-time licences purchased through a Microsoft-authorised distributor at wholesale rates, allowing me to sell them for much less than retail stores.

The closest alternative is Office Professional Plus 2019 (for Windows only).
